Course Access: Lifetime
Course Overview

There is an ever-growing body of scientific research that confirms depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders are caused by an array of psychological, medical, environmental, lifestyle, and nutritional factors.

It is, therefore, important that personalized, integrative

interventions are utilized by practitioners to help improve mental health in their patients.

In this webinar, Dr Lopresti will review the research on factors that influence mental health, and the increasing body of research confirming the relationship between inflammation and mental wellbeing. Assessment and treatment options will be covered including those associated with diet, supplementation, and lifestyle changes.

Practitioners will learn how to formulate personalized, integrative interventions that target a person’s unique cause(s) of his/her mental health disturbances. Dr Lopresti will also summaries some of his published research on herbal treatments for depression, anxiety, and insomnia.
