Summary:

This session will focus on the relationship between chronic stress and physical symptoms, offering insights into how the vagus nerve influences stress physiology and how Functional Neuromuscular Techniques can be used for assessment and rebalancing.

Biography:

Simone is the Founder of the Brain.Body.Balance. technique and Director of Education for the B3 Academy and creator of the ‘Brain-Based pain release workshop’. She helps Physiotherapists, Physical therapists, Personal Trainers and Therapists turbo-charge their clients’ results with her B3 techniques in movement and therapy, derived from Functional Neurology, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy and neurokinetic exercises.

She is the developer of the Brain.Body.Balance. myofascial release & neuromuscular assessment technique and has have been teaching & practicing B3 in Cape Town, Berlin & worldwide for the past 15 years.She studied a medical honours degree at the University of Cape Town & qualified in Biokinetics & Exercise Science. She is a scientist at heart but always stay curious to the mysticism of energy & healing.

Her passion is in neuro-science & finding ways to retrain the brain in movement, pain management & wellbeing. Her purpose is to help people ease pain and she has supported hundreds of clients on their healing journey, often cases that were medically hopeless.

She believes that healing starts with a belief. Your body heals. Instantly & repeatedly.
